Handcrafted Brass Kalash
Handcrafted brass kalash and lota vessels for pooja, griha pravesh, weddings and festive décor, cast and carved in Aligarh, including the Asht Lakshmi kalash with the eight forms of Lakshmi in relief.
Uses
A kalash is filled with water and topped with mango leaves and a coconut during rituals, and carved kalash are also used on their own as décor on altars, consoles and in temple displays. Smaller kalash are popular as wedding and housewarming gifts.
Sizes, finishes and orders
Kalash can be made in plain, carved and two-tone finishes, and in custom sizes on request. Most designs can be ordered from 5 pieces with samples available, and kalash pack well alongside urlis and statues in a mixed shipment.
