Shipping & export policy

We ship to over 50 countries across North America, Europe, Australia, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific. Samples and small-to-medium orders go by express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex).

Heavy commercial shipments, such as architectural temple bells, large statues and hotel project orders, travel as LCL (less than container load) or FCL (full container load) sea freight through major Indian ports including JNPT Mumbai and Mundra.

Solid brass is heavy, so every piece goes through a five-layer export packing process:

• Anti-tarnish tissue wrap to keep the original lustre.
• High-density bubble wrap and custom foam padding.
• Heavy-duty 7-ply corrugated outer cartons.
• Fumigated, ISPM-15 compliant wooden crates for castings over 15 kg.

In-stock items are dispatched within 2–4 business days of order confirmation.

Custom castings and bulk orders take 10–25 business days to cast and hand-finish, depending on weight, relief work and the foundry schedule. You'll have a dedicated account contact for progress updates.

International shipments travel on DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms unless DDP is agreed in your quotation. Import duties, local VAT/GST and taxes in the destination country are the recipient's responsibility. Every export includes:

• Commercial invoice and packing list
• Certificate of Origin (COO / GSP form)
• Material quality guarantee certificate
• Air waybill (AWB) or bill of lading (BOL) tracking
